TechTort Leads LLC ("TechTort," "we," "us") collects information submitted by claimants and guardians through our advertising intake funnels, and by law firms through this site's scoping call request form.

Claimant and guardian intake records include express written consent, disclosure language, timestamp, originating IP address, and the intake form as served. Consent records are retained for five years and are provided to the purchasing firm with each delivered lead. Consent is specific to the purchasing firm; we do not resell or syndicate contact data to third parties.

Information submitted by law firms through the scoping call request form — firm name, contact name, title, work email, phone, tort of interest, and estimated volume — is used solely to evaluate and respond to the request and is not sold or shared with third parties.
